Does samsung ever get back to you when you make an error report on the samsung members app? Made a report about a software issue on my s21 ultra ever since i did the July update. I am no longer able to receive any network signal/service immediately after i made this update. Sent an error report over a week ago and still haven't heard anything.
I sent an error report on the 7th September, regarding Private Share usability, but they ain't got back to me yet. I'm assuming it will probably take 2-3 weeks 🤔.
