Hi can anyone help please. My emails have stopped working and error message incorrect password comes up. I know it is the correct email as I can log in on laptop. Any ideas?

Hey @Nicky04! Make sure that you have the Master sync turned on: Swipe down from the top of the screen > Toggle on Master Sync icon. Then go to: Email app > 3 Orange lines (top left) > Gear icon > Select account > Sync schedule > Set sync schedule > Auto. If this doesn't work, go to: Settings > Apps > Email > Storage > Clear cache/data and restart the phone and set up your Email again.
