Have you spoken with o² Customer Services @leonny  ?

Some pages from other sites on the Internet.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @Albags2002, Links worked for me on the web version but not the Members app version of the Community. (The app version can be a bit funny with links: often the full URL of a link needs to be posted for it to work for other users.) I've fixed the links so they should work on both now.

Hi, I've had problems sending some text messages. I get a message, along the lines 'This message can't be sent by O² - error code 0'. I called customer services. They told me to restart my S23, which i had already done. They then told me to reset my network. This didnt work either. I also have an EE sim in the other slot. The message was sent using EE. The customer service wasnt able to help, but stated they would report it and the tech team would call me. I'm waiting for O² to come back to me, this was two days ago, and there has been no call. At least I know its not the phone. I hope we can get it sorted quickly.
