Yeah I'm unable to move forward because my screen is just blank upon opening the digital well-being app so I can't manage the storage, even if I go through with the alternative pathway of going into "device care"

I'm having the same problem on an S10e. Will this solution delete all of the previously recorded information in the app?

Fixed- go to galaxy store and update wellbeing. Not play store. Galaxy store. Also can be done via digital well being and the menu icon top right corner, then settings, about, and update. Your welcome.
