Have just changed to a new Phone, when I open Smart Things App & try to add my Devices it says already Registered, well yes to myself. I have tried uninstalling & re-installing the App, deleted App on old phone & removed the Devices from App on phone but still can't add my Devices ! So how do I resolve this issue ?

If it's already registered, like you said it was, then you don't need to do anything.

I have tried that, makes no difference ! whatever I try my Devices just keep coming up already Registered..yes..to me.
Csnnot believe that just having a new phone & trying to set up the app is so much hassle...probably best not to bother with Smarthings !

For anyone still having this issue, I tried everything mentioned here except for resetting the tv since I don't wanna lose my calibration, accounts...

The only thing that worked for me was:
- connect to the same Samsung account on my tv
- open smartthings on the tv itself and leave it open
- open smartthings app on your phone and try the pairing process
- a popup will appear on the tv's smartthings app showing a code and on the phone you will see a prompt to enter that code.

Hope this helps

PS: my tv is a S95B.

I had same problem as original poster. The last solution worked for me.

Did you get a response?
The solution quoted below doesn't work for me as my version of the Frame does not have the SmartThings app on it.
