The quick settings animation has been broken since OneUI 6. It lags whenever the phone enters in landscape mode or immersive mode, and will lag if you're playing a game/watching a video. The example on this reddit thread is from a Galaxy S24U, but will happen on any smartphone with One Ui 7. It seems to me that the system doesn't cache the animation has to do a cold start when the phone rotates
