Hi community,
Unfortunately I come with great regret and sorrow about samsung and the behaviour of there agents today. I spoke to 3 different agents rai was a manager who had no respect for me spoke over me and cut me off whislt I was speaking. I had to ring up again and spoke to musab who also had no clue about my notes or complaint. He had no respect for me or my hardship that I have been. He sent me to complaints, who then had melodie take the call, wasn't aware of anything mentioned the wrong phone and the wrong information, told her to get me a manager but she goes they don't have managers
Personally wouldn't NEVER recommend Samsung again to anyone. abserloutey ***** service and I hope to be joining apple in the upcoming days as samsung is awful. Worst service ever by agents and so called managers.

I have family and friends who are with apple and they have never had issues like I have with Samsung

Try buying a brand new 14 Pro max. Which had a faulty sim tray. So they opened up my brand new phone to fix it. Then it got dust in the camera and they forgot to put the screws in. Then they opened it up again to to remove the dust only for more to collect. Now I'm here with samsung and the phone is perfect

wouldn't say samaung perfect iv been with them for a good few years and it's been issue after issue and after today the way I was treated its a no from me for samsung

Fair enough, we all have different experiences I have had a few problems with apple in the past. Samsung have always been fair but again just depends on the situation. Good luck with apple if you decide to go.

I wouldn't recommend going to Apple and expect different. If I could recommend a great alternative, try OnePlus.

@Sidz1 Sorry you did not have the best experience and that customer service was lacking on this occasion.     whilst there can be frustrations at times this is not universal .  No tech company is perfect but generally Samsung do try and address issues which arise.  Personally I think you would be  missing out on the  special experience of Samsung devices but at the end of the day your choice.

My s21 developed a fault after 12 months. Samsung couldn't fix it I'm guessing due to covid shortages so they refunded me in full despite it being bought from a third party. Now that's service. Apple I had to fight them for weeks. In the end they sent me a new iPhone but by that point too little too late. Gave it away and bought the ultra. No tech company offers perfection its how they deal with it that matters. In hindsight apple did come clean in the end. However samsung sorted stuff much quicker. My experience with one plus had been cr ap I have been with lots of manufacturers and so far samsung is the only one not to leave me in the dark.

Leave samsung, they're all a bunch of scammers, there's better phones out there and a lot cheaper too.
