@Sidz1 Sorry you did not have the best experience and that customer service was lacking on this occasion. whilst there can be frustrations at times this is not universal . No tech company is perfect but generally Samsung do try and address issues which arise. Personally I think you would be missing out on the special experience of Samsung devices but at the end of the day your choice.
