Hi everyone,anybody having problems trying to submit a claim form for the cromebook,any info would be appreciated,

Hi I am having the same issue and have been for the last couple of days. Its the claim for the chromebook 4 after purchasing a samsung s20 FE. The claim form only allows you to get to step 5 but once there it does not allow you to upload the digital picture of the IMEI number as requesting you to do. There is no upload button, its just blank so we can't progress the form

@Tonib21: Can you try heading to Settings > About Phone, and entering the IMEI(2) number to see if this helps? If you're still unable to proceed with the claim, please reach out to the Promotions Team directly at chromebook4@samsungpromotions.claims or by phone at +44 330 054 5341 in the United Kingdom and +353 1 800 851918 in the Republic of Ireland, and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

i have tried that number and it wont proceed unless you have a claim number - how can i have a claim number if i cant submit my claim becaise it wont accept all the digits of the IMEI1 number

Hi everyone  

My first samsung buds fe claim was unsuccessful due to some information that was erratic. Then I made a second attempt with a new reference which was then successful, but now Samsung have sent me an email saying that claim could not be validated because of a duplicate claim . Could you help me fix my problem.
