Change Region or Country on Samsung Account - Confused

I have two Samsung Phones and one Samsung Account (Current region India - New Region UK).

One Phone was purchased in India and one in the UK.

My account shows the country/region as India. If I change the country to UK do I loose the purchase history, I made in the UK?

I have been told I loose Purchase history for both regions and my phone ID will go (What does this mean?)

Any Help most appreciated.
