Can anyone help?

I just updatet to UI 7, after the update was done, it had changes my own wallpaper to a default wallpaper (yellow ish).

I then went to my own pictures, to change it back to my old wallpaper - but it didnt change.

I then restartet the phone, but it didnt change anything. Tried again and again on every way possible, but the yellow wallpaper stays...

Can you tell us more details? What phone do you have, is the wallpaper your own image taken with the camera or some third-party wallpaper? You can reuse your own images as wallpaper. Some third-party wallpapers (even Samsung's too) are no longer compatible with OneUI 7

What theme is this? This is not Samsung's icons.Have you tried applying the default theme, then reapplying the theme you're using? Seems to me,  that's bug with theme

Clear cache partition from recovery mode.

Turn off phone. Plug in with usb-c cable in comp, tablet or another phone. Wait that charging animation gone than hold volume up and power key simultaneously and when the Samsung Android logo appears release the keys, the recovery mode screen will appear. Scroll down with volume key to wipe cache partition,  mark yes and confirm with power key. Then with power key restart phone.

Stay on default icons while you do this. Your screenshot shows that the icon pack is not displaying properly in the Wallpapers & style menu

Try this too. Edit that picture and make some minor changes and save the picture as a copy, then try setting that copy as wallpaper.
