I accidently did a hard reset on my S6 Verizon & it goes to Samsung Account log in screen after abnormal reset & I connect to Wi-Fi. I enter my info correct & it says logging on & nothing happens & cant get phone to boot. I log into my Samsung Account on PC & Cloud on PC no problem. I do not see my phone on there but my other device. I have been at this for days & cant bypass this Samsung account log on. I googled many ways to fix this & can't get past this screen. I cant get into app settings etc. Please help about to toss this in trash & never use Samsung products again.

Hi @DrSysOp, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with bypassing the security on your phone. As you're unable to manually complete this, you can visit any one of our Approved Support Centres as they can help you remove this. You will need a copy of your Proof of Purchase present when you visit them. You can find the closest here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
