I have successfully added my samsung account in my phone, but when I attempt to use the galaxy theme app, this message appears:

Hey @Millardo! What model of phone do you have? Also, where are you located? Try doing a Soft Reset of your phone by holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds. Also, make sure that your phone is running on the latest software version by heading to: Settings > Software update > Download updates manually.

Hi I have the Samsung Galaxy s21 FE 5G and i am also having this issue, have factory reset the brand new phone 3 times now, it also seems most of the GALAXY/Samsung apps keep crashing

Same issue after doing the Android 13 OneUI 5 Update! UGH!!! I made a thread (post) about this please see that and reply there. Seems you may be having similar issues
