Cannot install Samsung Notes in Windows 11 store

I can search for and find Samsung Notes in the Windows 11 store, but there is not install button.

The only way I could install it was to go to the web version of the store and 

Get Samsung Notes - Microsoft Store en-GB

Click on the ellipsis [...] and choose "install on my devices".

Took me a long time to sort this out, but finally I was able to download the Samsung Notes on my Windows 11. Yes the store no longer provides it as it is only available on Samsung laptops. You will need to trick the system to download the package from the MSFT site:

http://tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/1beaa3de-e7f6-43fa-bb19-c619b7309...

The package will be installed locally using the microsoft store.
