Sounds like you may need to contact your SIM provider and ask them to activate your SIM card. Hope this helps

A few suggestions:

1. Is Airplane Mode on?
2. Has your network disconnected you?
3. Have you tried rebooting your phone (all IT experts recommend this of course).

We had this problem when Sky mobile went down a couple of weeks ago. Could be a network issue.
