Can't link Lloyds bank to samsung pay plus using curve

I couldn't link Lloyds bank to samsung pay/wallet so I tried samsung pay plus trough using curve. Curve gave me a message saying that I couldn't link this card to curve. Why can't I link my lloyds bank account to samsung pay plus when it says I should be able to

My Lloyds account links fine with Samsung Pay + never had an issue.

Have you tried speaking to the Lloyds.
