Can't install app with OneUI version 6.1

Dear SamSung team,
I want to report an issue like I'm not able to launch or update the app. Then I proceed to uninstall. Then I tried to re-install the app and it was unsuccessful.

The Android version is 14

The OneUI version is 6.1

Can I know what is the problem?

If the problem comes from the system or version, please let me know how or when it should be fixed.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

If you have uninstalled the app, then go back to the Play Store / Galaxy Store and search for the app again.

It is likely that the version you are trying to install may be 32bit whereas your device will be 64bit so an older version of the app won't work.

Which app is the issue here?

Thank you for your checking and answering.
This is the configuration of our app on Play Store, seems like it supports for both 32 and 64 bit. So I think the Device should be able to download it.

Can you share any doubts else? I actually don't understand why this happens
