Trying to connect my galaxy watch 4 classic to my s21 ultra and says connection error tried several time reset my phone uninstalled the app reset and cleared everything tried connecting on 2 other devices and still getting the same problem the watch is useless as it stands.
Phoned customer services not aware of any issues with the app and just talked me though the processes I've already done my old active 2 which has been connected for a couple of years now wont even connect either where do I go from here? Looks to me like an app issue as I've seen loads of people with the same issues on here.
I'll be honest I made the move a few years back best thing I ever did. This is the first issue I've had. I've literally just come off the phone to Samsung again and they are saying nothing has been logged about any issues so frustrating
Funny they should say that because they were going to send my watch for repairs even though it was fresh out the box and then basically set never mind it doesn't need repairing there's a known issue with the app stopping people doing anything with wearables. I've got the galaxy buds as well so I assume they won't work either but they're still in the box
I even went to the effort or taking my watch back and swapping it for another brand spanker just to make sure so yea definitely an app issue but they don't seem to know about it 🤷♂️ not sure what the next step is other than wait I'm going to try the complaint route see if I have any better luck that way
