Can I change the month 'Sept' abbreviation?

Hello, I'm new to this but have a simple point about the three-letter abréviations for months Jan, Feb, Mar all ok except Sept. How can I change this? Is it an Android or Google or Samsung issue? Can I change setting or do I need to change phone?
