Calendar 2021 showing wrong week numbers

Samsung Calendar is showing the wrong week numbers. 2020 has 53 weeks. The week starting with 4 January is week 1. Not week 2. Where can I submit this feedback?

I see that system language change is an "accepted solution" but it seems more of a brutal workaround. I have the same issue (Norway, using US-English system language). Week 1 starting monday 28th of december). For my case (Norwegian) changing system language results in collateral damage for other apps.

Another fix on The Google says to change "Region" but no such option on my android, seems it has been removed in later versions. Maybe bring it back?

This solution does not appear to work on Samsung S21 with Android 12. Not even with reboots & resetting the calendar app.

In addition to English (UK), I tried also the locale for Finnish (as in Finland the week numbers are routinely used and are distinctly ISO week numbers). The problem for 2021 also occurs for 2022, where the week numbers are again of by one.

Any ideas? (The week numbers in Google Calendar on a browser are correct, so this seems a Samsung specific bug.)
