Hi!

Try to factory reset that device and see after. Maybe a backup would be beneficial before that, so he won't loose any data.

What about resetting your Network settings:

Reset Network Settings

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down until see General Management and open it.

Step 3: Tap on Reset.

Step 4: Tap on Reset network settings.

Step 5: Tap Reset Settings.

Step 6:  Tap Reset settings to confirm it.

Than restart the device.

Hi!

Can you please go in the Samsung Members app >> Support >> Diagnostics >> and select Bluetooth from the list.

If the test result is normal, then is not a hardware issue, if not, then you need to sent the device to Samsung repair shop.

Drag down from the top

Click and hold on the Bluetooth icon.

This opens up the Bluetooth page

Click the dots top right ... Settings

Simples.

BACK UP, BACK UP, BACK UP

If any issues, the you may want to do a factory reset, and this way all software is installed from fresh.

I KNOW ITS A PAIN IN THE ARS...E BUT ITS THE BEST WAY.

BLUETOOTH, should turn on, but you do have to make it discoverable
.....
If I helped or solved your problem, please like or tick solved.

Have been using phones since 1993, and am self taught.

I offer advice for free, cos I think it'll help, if it doesn't, explain why, I might learn something new too.

Current phone Galaxy S22 Ultra
Previous phones: most S series, Note 2, Samsung Alpha, iPhone 3gs, far too many Nokia's!
