The ugly truth my friend is that many services provided by international companies, such as Samsung Microsoft, Apple..etc, are not available in Syria due to the international sanctions on the Asad regime.
I understand you threw him down the history rubbish bin, congrats 👏, but the sanctions will take a long while to be lifted based of the effictivenrss and acceptance of the new government by the international community.
Till then, Bixby won't be available in Syria like many other services unless you buy and register your phone in the nearby countries such as Jordan or Lebanon
