Avoid an App open in another app

Hi,
a default behaviour of Samsung/Adroid is that if you open an app from another app that this new app opens in the same container.
By this it is not possible to switch between this apps or to have them side by side. Example: you are in an app and you click an email adress. Your Email App opens and you can write an email to this adress.
If you want to change back to the original app using the recents button you realise that the email app was opened in the same container of the original app. So it is shown as if it is part of the original app.

This behaviour is really annoying and does not make any sense to me.

Can I somehow deactivate this? Maybe by configuration mybe by an app?

Would be happy to get help with this as I couldn't find anything about it searching for it.

Thanks and best regards

Hi,
sry. No idea what you mean or where to position this question.

What do you mean with direct samsung board and support?

I assume I positioned this question in the community of S10 users and gave it the focus on OS and Apps.
