Hi
I keep getting automated calls saying my phone is going be deactivated. Press 1 for English press 2 for Chinese. Clearly a scam but frustrating having to delete the voice mails that say the same thing.
I have registered my phone number with the TPS. Anyone got any further ideas please?
Thank you for any help.
Ta, Chris

Hey there
TPS really only works where the calls originate in the UK.
Is there an option in your world to turn off voicemail for a short period, say a couple of weeks, and then see if they stop?
You could try blocking the number but I think (but not 100%) that the blocked calls go to VM anyway.

Hi, yes I got told the TPS was only UK.
I will look and see about the voicemail, could at least stop them for a bit.
Appreciate the reply, thank you.

If you block number and report as spam it won't go to voicemail either.

You could contact your service provider and request them to block the number completely. Try a reverse number check online to see where it originates from.
