It all depends on the banks.

Recently, Tsb has joined.

Some users use both Google and Samsung wallets.

Which bank are you specifically trying to use?

You could check if Google wallet supports it.

Samsung also supports extra banks via curve IF I remember correctly

Up to each financial institution to support, nothing Samsung can do

My banks not supported, Google wallet does. If I remember rightly Curve wanted to charge me for it when I tried few years ago.
