Apps won't open, links wont open in other apps on my GalaxyS10E.

All of a sudden I have several apps that won't open (Amazon, email) and links wont open from messages.    I've deleted and reloaded the apps.   Turned my phone off and on.   Help!

Are the apps deep sleeping in battery settings?

No.   I keep getting the message that different apps keep stopping when I am trying to use something else.
