Apps not on lock screen

I've updated my S20 phone and now when using Audible or BBC Sounds the app doesn't appear on the lock screen. I have unlock my phone and open the app to pause it, really annoying!

Any tips?!

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should solve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition S20' and you should find what you are looking for 🙂. Hope this helps! 😁

I was having this same issue,  started about 2 weeks ago! I Uninstaller the updates to the clock app, which deleted all of my saved alarms, but it fixed it! My screen now wakes up when the alarm goes off instead of me having to unlock my phone to snooze or turn off the alarm!

Hi, Uninstall and reinstalled both apps and updated the rest but sadly still not on lock screen 😢
