app smart things find dont work

app "smart things find" dont work ,unable to choose device because dont have device  at all.Any hint please?

s20+ ultra actualy no another device visible... I have been adviced to clear cash and data reiinstall etc but doesnt help at all, samsung s20+ultra no visible ...
