Been using the ultra watch and health app linked with myfitnesspal for last 2 months since Sunday it's stopped logging my food on the health app from myfitnesspal I've made sure both updated and apps have been uninstalled and installed!! Stuck on what to do

Permissions only last for a set period, best to check my fitness pal and shealth, only other question is does Health Connect not help you sync?
