Please I need a help !! Am getting mad and fud up with this s24u !! 

Why AOD is always on even I switched off and sure from that and I try to reset settings also without help !!

Settings
Lock Screen and AOD
Always on Display

Slide the toggle to off if you don't want it on.

Do you have a Screen Saver on at all by the way?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
