Why the hell do system updates takes so much space?? I have 32gb of internal storage as i thought it was cheap and a good storage since i will only be using this for small files but it gave me a system update like so frequently and  like i blink once, then BOOM it already took 14gb of internal storage, can anyone tell me why the hell its so big? I only have about 8gb on apps 150mb on files and only 48mb on photos ,tell me how to reduce this one hell of a annoying storage scam

I have a theory no tech company Will admit. I think that software updates are mostly a skam.

Theese updates are huge (2-4gb), which is more than most mobile games, and they barely do any changes. Although they do important security updates, that's just code, and I know for certain that Code just cant take Up jigabites worth of storage.

For example, a new phone's system Will "only" take like 15 gb, while a phone that has been updating for years can reach 30 easily, and both of them are running the same version.

However, system updates taking a lot of spcace is the perfect excuse to force users to buy a new phone every now and then. It is clear that companies want us to updates our phones, since, when a new update comes out, you can either update now or update later, butt there isnt a "shut up forever" button, and if you continue to ignore the update you Will be greated with a popup update screen every day. This is further worsened by the fact that you cant undo an update, even the "delete every file" button jeeps all system data intact, so every time you update your phone you are essentially losing 3 gigabites of storage in exchange for some random ***** no one wants and the annoying popup update screens to go.
