It's got nothing to do with being less important. It's just how they work the beta.
The UK will get the beta once the issues with beta 1 have been ironed out like the lag that people on the beta are experiencing. So when beta 2 gets released we will get that version just like we did with Android 11

I've done a clean install of android 12 and it's better than it was previously, I ended up flashing android 11 again as it was laggy and battery drained. Now it's a little better, just a bit of lag in the notification shade when pulling down and lag when unlocking the phone, the transition from locks screen to home screen is like 60hz not 120hz.
