Allowed Devices option in Android 11 Galaxy A30

Why there is no option to block a connected device to my hotspot. Kindly resolve this issue. There are noThis is the problem.

three dots in the top right corner also there is no Allowed Devices option with android 11 OneUI 3.1 in my Samsung Galaxy A30.

The only device allowed is the one that has the hotspot password and the hotspot only works when switched on so there really is no need for blocking another device.
