A thing that im worried about

Ok I've seen so many queries/questions and opinions from the samsung communities whether its about a minor problem to a major problem each time it can't be solve they say its being looked into or someone is making a progress to it

That thing im worried about is that I've heard and saw on some occasions and places that this isn't true and they only say this so that they can disclose the question or the problem

Its a concern from me and others who buy samsung products,if anyone can make me change my mind please say something

While it happens that some issues remain unfixed or take longer for the fix to be rolled out, I have a positive example, where it was not possible to open the Maintenence mode by searching in the Settings. This has now been fixed.

While it is good to post issues here on the community, it is equally important to file an error report via the Samsung Members app for a quicker (structural) resolution for software issues.

Here to say something again i don't know why im doing this, errors yes its meant to be reported but how about opinions or what the buyers/user suggest or want atleast, does it get noticed or just ignored?
