Hello again,
Because the phone is bought in Belgium the standard language is what you currently have. You need to change the language of your Google Playstore > Samsung account and Google account all to English and than reinstall the app.
For Samsung Members app :
Click top 3 dots, click settings, click on samsung account, click on profile settings. there you'll see the country name option to change.
I have to add that im not a 100% sure if this will do the trick.
