Samsung health does not work

Every time i try to start up my samsung health i get the message that a service error has occurred with the code (0x2c#10#100). I have updated my phone. Remover and redownloaded the app. I have cleared the cache, removed everything. I tried to log out of my samsung account and logged in again via samsung health. Nothing works. Can somebody help me?

same here with S24 Ultra, I signed out of Samsung account and signed in again when opened health app but still does not work with the same error

I went to my setting>app settings> samsung health> then I tapped systeem settings, and chose allow. It fixed it on both my dads phone and mine
