I can't turn my alarm off on my Galaxy A14

I can't turn my alarm off that I have set from Monday to Friday cause whenever I turn it off for example Friday it will turn itself back on for Monday, I use the pre-installed clock app.

Thank you for your message. When you klik on a alarmtime you can also choose the days it will be activited. The days are represented by round pictograms. See also the link below. Let me know it it works.

Hello @Ajay-A 

I am not a beginner to samsung phones couse I have use samsung phones for the past 3 years now but I just have this a14 half a year and just until a few weeks ago I needed to turn my alarm off cause it's summer vacation for me cause I still go to school but when I turn it off it goes back on without me needing to do anything for it so how do I turn my alarm off so it doesn't go back on again?

In that case have it is the issue still there when you restarted your A14 and have you also cleared the cache of your phone?

Hallo @Ferre Martens,

 

It coul be that the there is something on in the setting "Turn on automatically'. Maybe you can check if somehting is on there. Have you also tried clearing out all the alarms en setting them up again?

To check whether this can be resolved, we also have the option to monitor you remotely.
