How to get automatic call on my phone

Hey there i have samsumg a55 phone and i want automatically call recording option does anybody knows how to get that

I have been getting scam calls and i want to report that as soon i start recording button the call somehow ends 

Plz someone help me

there is no automatic call recorder on your phone, you will have to install a separate app
