Samsung changed the application language without my permission. I can not use any application because instead of English is all information in Greek, I do not know even the characters. 

A nightmare. 

How can be the language changed back?

 It is very strange, because the location is banned for all Samsung & Google applications, they couldn't (should not) locate me.

How they found where I am, why changing app language without my permission in my own appliance?

Good morning! You can check the following link https://www.samsung.com/gr/support/mobile-devices/how-to-change-the-language-settings-of-each-app-in... . You don't have to know greek, you can follow the instructions on screenshots. I'm at your disposal for anything you might need.
