Dryer of Ecobubble WD90J6A doesn't work (stops after 15 min of spin)

Hey guys, we have a four year old washing & dry machine (Samsung WD90J6A00AW/EN EcoBubble - 9/6 kg). The washing machine works just fine, however, the dryer option doesn't work. Regardless which drying program we choose, it just spins exactly 15 minutes and then stops, without doing any drying.

I already did some googling and tested all easy recommendations (eg cleaning the filter on the bottom right, cleaning run with washing machine liquid, ...), but I haven't managed to fix it yet. I read somewhere that it could be due to a secondary filter (for dust) that can only be accessed by a technician. Are you guys aware of such a secondary filter? If yes, do you think that's the issue? If yes, how can I access/clean it?

It kind of make sense that a secondary filter should exist for dust collection, otherwise, I don't know where four years worth of dust is gone! However, it's strange that such a filter is not easily accessible by the users.

Any advice/recommendation is highly appreciated. I contacted Samsung support and apprently they charge 150EUR only for a technician to come and have a look. I prefer to avoid that, if possible.

Thanks.

Perhaps I should also add that it's not a loading issue, I have tested even with a 100 gram piece of towel, same issue.

Morning!

Did you try all the dry cycles, by pressing the dry button for several programs's. If this occurs on al programs, a technician should come by and repair the machine for you.

Same here. No useful answer in web yet. Possibly "Planned obsolencence" by Samsung?! There are many "after exactly 15 minutes" webposts. Samsung does not touch this topic. Since the machine evacuates condensed water with the normal flush pipe, there should go the dust etc. anyway.
