WW90K6414QW/EU Not Draining

Hello

I have the above washer which is no longer draining.  I replaced the pump with this

but the problem remains.  Nothing is blocked.

Any ideas?

@KenEffin: Can you see an error code on the display? Does the issue occur on all cycles, or just certain ones? If you attempt the steps below, do you notice an improvement? 

• Make sure the drain hose is not frozen or clogged.
• Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly, depending on the connection type.
• Clean the debris filter as it may be clogged (https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/home-appliances/how-do-i-clean-the-debris-filter-in-my-front-load...)
• Make sure the drain hose is straightened all the way to the drain system.

There are no blockages, I investigated that and flushed the drain hose when replacing the pump.

The error is SC and the drain hose has been in situ for 5ish years.
