I have the dreaded 7 minutes left on a spin cycle (slow spin, never goes into high mode).
I have read that it could be due to an unbalanced load. I removed everything from the washer but it's still doing it when empty.
I unplugged the unit for 3 days while waiting for parts.
I ordered and replaced shock absorbers even though the old ones seem fine. The top springs are also in great shape.
During the diagnostic mode (17h, AS), it gets stuck on step 6 (back and forth agitation mode). It keeps repeating it (20+ minutes now).
Drain pump works fine as do hot and cold water inlets. I'm out of ideas.
Can anyone help?
