Home AppliancesMy washing machine is 6 weeks old. It tripped my electrics and fused the plug to the socket. Called Samsung and an engineer came out and said it needs a new power cable. Parts were ordered. Samsung then closed the repair with no explanation and no repair carried out. Have spent 45 minutes on the phone to have the repair re instated to which I was told I need a call back from a product specialist! Absolutely disgusting service from them so far. No explanation as to what is going on.
