Samsung WW90T534DAN Washing Machine

I’ve had this machine for a couple of weeks but noticed that when it starts spinning at low RPM the whole front and door moves in and out. The drum looks like it’s off angle until the speed builds up then it settles.
I thought it might need re levelling but it all seems ok and it does not rock on its feet.
Any ideas?

So I have now come to the end of my journey with may Samsung Washing Machine after taking Dennis55M's advice. Samsung collected my washing machine and are giving me a refund even though I purchased it from Curry's.

So just to clarify-

Contact Samsung direct and they will speak to you and probably want to see your machine over video link.

They will then instruct Emsted to contact you and send an engineer out.

I had two visits where they replaced the dampers first then a whole load of components on the second visit.

If this hasn't fixed it they will go back to Samsung who will then offer you an exchange or your money back.

I cannot view the video for some reason.

you are not overloading the machine with too much washing and it is loaded with garments that can balance properly?

have all the the transit bolts been removed from the back of the machine?

The video is waiting approval unfortunately.

No it's not overloaded. it does it on all loads. I think this model senses if it is overloaded.

All 3 transit bolts have been removed.

might be a faulty one then - the built in protection against spinning an imbalanced load enough to bang the door should not even get to the stage of even spinning really

I’ve had mine about two months, it has done the same thing since I got it. I can’t figure out what’s wrong!!!
