Hi
As soon as I turn on my samsung washing machine it continuously cycles through the menu options. No program can be run at all.
Tried the Samsung helpline with no success. The volume of the helpline itself was so quiet I could barely hear the operator. That, combined with their barely legible english meant it took several attempts at each question to understand what was being asked. Anyway, a very painful 45 minutes later I'm told to turn the machine off at the mains and back on again 15 minutes later to see if this rectifies the problem, despite telling her I'd completed this action numerous times. She asked me to phone back if this didn't resolve the issue and hung up! So I'm hoping to for a more productive response here?

There are no error codes and a 'reset' is performed by turning the machine off at the mains for 10-15 minutes which I've tried numerous times.
As previously stated I've tried the phone option which was painful in the extreme. Tried to talk via live chat for two days but keeping getting the message that they're all busy and to try again later. Hence my post here

It has somehow got into “demo” mode. You can get out of this by either pressing the temp and options button for 10 seconds, or the temp and spin buttons for 10 seconds, depending on your machine. The same thing happened to me and I thought the washing machine was a goner, but this simple remedy fixed it.
