I have a Samsung Washer Dryer model number WD12F9C9UA4W-WH. Can anyone help me at all the washer dryer is filling for a wash cycle and the drum starts to turn a few times and then the cycle stops. I have checked that there are no blockages and also re calibrated it. I have check the pipes etc and can't find anything wrong anywhere. There is also no error code on the screen.
It also seems to be running the spin cycle now fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @nicola1279
I'm not recognising that model code are you able to confirm it for me?

The label inside the door says WD12F9C9U4W/EU hopefully this is the correct one the other reference was from the receipt.

That's great, thanks for that one!
Are you getting any error codes on the display?

Thanks for getting back to me, @nicola1279
Does it happen when attempting all cycles? Is there a heady load in the washing machine at all?
Does it run as it should if you run an empty cycle?

Tried it on an empty load and it is now coming up with error code E3.

Mmm! That code isn't listed in the user manual, @nicola1279. It may be best to speak to one of our Domestic Appliance specialists on this one. You can give them a call directly on 0818 717 100 for some expert advice.

3E or 3C is a motor issue, if it is occurring on an empty wash then give the customer support team a call as above.
My washing machine is showing an information code - what does it mean?
