Just bought new oven, all great, unfortunately cannot get top oven to go into eco grill. Full grill works fine. Any suggestions?

@Jim_Howles: If you press the Grill Mode button, located on the top row of icons, second from the left, then you can choose between Large Grill and Eco Grill. Large grill mode is indicated by 3 downward facing arrows, with 2 arrows either side, while Eco grill will just show the 3 arrows in the centre. For clarity, please check page 19 of the user manual via the link below.

Many thanks for your responses. I agree pressing grill button should alternate between full grill and eco grill, unfortunately it does not. If you press once from power on full grill is displayed, nothing happens if you press the grill button again. I have checked the manual and agree with you. I am beginning to think we have a fault, the oven was only installed last Wednesday and eco grill has never worked. Many thanks JIm

I'm having the same problem. Is the grill button supposed to toggle between full grill and eco grill, or is there some other way of selecting which one you want?

Tried again today - I got the toggle switch to work by taking out the divider , even though the manual says "The upper zone is available with Grill, Convection or Top Heat + Convection mode." Why on earth can't you use the Eco Grill with the top oven?
