Inconsistent delivery approach to NI - confused

I live in Northern Ireland. I am confused by Samsung's approach to delivery here. I can get most things delivered, including washing machines and large TV's. When I try with a tumble dryer it says 'we cannot deliver to your address'. I'm intrigued as to why, specifically as they will deliver a washing machine (so it can't be size or weight restrictions).

I have tried to order a tumble dryer and washing machine over the weekend but got the response they couldn’t deliver. I contacted Samsung and got a response: As per checking here our delivery courier only offers limited areas for deliveries, and I'm afraid they do not deliver on your address. Then a further response: Please be guided that delivery date set on the website are our available delivery with partner courier. 

Not clear at all, no reason why. They then sent a link for me to review other offers. Like what’s the point if they won’t deliver, absolute joke
