Hi ,

I have had an american fridge freezer model RSG5UCRS. The water dispenser has always been slow but I though it was due to my pressure. However I have checked the pressure before the freezer and it is good and getting 25 litres a minute but only get 1 litre a minute from the dispenser.
Is the fridge capped at 1L per minute- what speed do other people get? Trying to figure out if there is a fault in the fridge.

Ive took the filter out as well and speed still the same and checked no kinks in hose

Thanks

From experience, Built in water dispensers have always been slow, ive used one in the USA (which was slow) and one in the UK (also slow). So i think its normal.

It's normal, I suspect it is to prevent splashing or filling your drinking vessel too fast and it overflowing before you react fast enough.
