The solution is not to buy there stuff. The release new tec but cant fix the bugs its hopeless. They have also removed a lot of features from when i first got mine 5 years ago so it now dose less. In fact if you can return it because it does not get any better.

Same issue has occurred after having the fridge for 3 months and going through last update. I can see in the app data the file is only 100kb which is enough to run the logo and words only. Contacted Samsung and was advised it’s not their issue and to reach out to a local electronics provider
how is a Samsung fridge with Samsung apps that you cannot reload a customer problem?
