Ice machine broke Tuesday morning. Told switch of for 4 hours and try again . Soggy food in freezer still no joy. Have spent over three hours on phone to be told lies .Only service engineer in Ireland has landline that goes to voicemail. Now told service booked for 26th July .One week later. Billion dollar company , pathetic service.
